Cheap room, good location, good room for the price. Decent motel for the price. What do you bad reviewers expect when you pay $35-$40 for a room. You cant expect a brand new state of the art motel when shopping cheaply. Its just a place to sleep. If you want fancy, spend more money. Gets the job done. Compared to other "motels", This is not bad. I'll stay again

The people were friendly and nice. The pool was beautiful. Our first night was good, but our second night was not so good because the hotel filled up with a lot of people, and they were out in the parking lot after midnight drinking and partying and being loud. We were a little scared . But all in all it was good and I would stay again.

I try to find something that I liked but it seems very difficult since the hotel needs a lot of work in terms of maintenance.
The room wasn't clean, it smelled really bad, poor housekeeping in general, the walls and doors need a new paint, finally "you get what you pay for".
